High Blood Pressure




  1. Soaked fenugreek seeds (methi) in about a glass of water and left overnight and consume the water with seeds  twice  in day.. 
  2. Take lime in hot water every morning .Its helps in curing hypertension.
  3. Consume 8-10 garlic in the early morning in empty stomach. It is very effective in decreasing the hypertension.
  4. Drinking of lime water 4 to 5 times a day helps in curing hypertension.
  5. Take 4 -6 teaspoon full of Amla juice daily. It is very effective in high blood pressure.
  6. Take Tarbooz (watermelon), It is also effective in high blood pressure.
  7. Take Neem & Tulsi (basil) and chew in morning and evening. It is very effective in regulating  high blood pressure.
  8. Consume papita (papaya) in empty stomach .
  9. Consume baked potatoes .It is effective in  hypertension.
  10. Consume mixture of Honey and onion juice twice in a day.
  11. Walking barefoot on green grass early morning, Yoga, exercises like, Makar asana, Matsya asana, Surya namaskar, Vajra asana, Ardha padma asana, Pavanmukta asana, Shava asana and Pranayam are very effective in blood pressure.
