Rheumatic Pain




  1. Take  3-4 inch piece of dried ginger (sonth) and  ground it  with 4-5 gram piece of
    asafoetida (hing) in milk. Apply this on the affected area in the sun light (dhoop) and stay in sun light  till warm affected area.
  2. Boil 2- 3 tablespoon powdered of  nutmeg (jaiphal) in 1 cup of sesame oil (til katel). After cool apply it on affected parts.
  3. Fired  3 to 4 teaspoon pepper powder  in 2 -3 teaspoon sesame oil (til ka tel)until  pepper charred. Applied this in warm condition  on the affected areas and massaged lightly.
