Stomach Ache

  1. Make a paste of  asafetida (hing) with water and apply on andaround the navel.
  2.  mixed 1 teaspoon pure ghee with a pinch of asafetida (hing) and swallowwith warm water.
  3. Approx.  one teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain) and pinch ofsalt, Swallow with warm water,
  4. Drink Mixture of  1 teaspoon mint (pudina) juice, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, juice of ¼"piece ginger (adrak) and a pinch of black salt (kala namak) .
  5. Mixture of carom seeds (ajwain) with lemon juice after dry in the sun keep it in dry bottle and take it a teaspoon full whenever you feel stomach pain. It is very good for stomach pain, digestion, gas, indigestion etc.
  6.  Lyingdown a hot water bottle on your stomach to get relief. stomach pain around navel.
  7. Make fine powder of  2 teaspoon each carom seeds (ajwain) and dried ginger (sonth) and add a little black salt (kala namak) and Take 1 teaspoon of this powder with 1 teacup warm water .

Stomach upset (loose motions)

  1. 1 -2  teaspoon  of amla seed powder & mixed with buttermilk (chhach) and take it
  2. Take mashed ripe banana with a little salt, 2-3 time a day.
  3. Take 1 teaspoon of date (khajoor) paste mixed with a little honey 2 -3 times a day.  It is very effective for regulating the bowels
  4. Crush 8-10 curry leaves (curry patta). Mix with a cup of buttermilk(chhach) and take it  2-3 times a day.
  5. Take mixed juice of 1 large pomegranate (anaar) and 1 glass of sugar cane juice(ganne ka ras) 2-3  times a day.
  6. Take  strong cup of unsweetened black tea. It is very effective. 
  7. For children :Give  1 -4 tablespoon of ripe & sweet apples crushed to a pulp. 
  8. Keep a fast with only buttermilk, curd, curd and rice or bananas.
  9. Avoid raw vegetables and fruits such as papaya , orange, mosambi, pineapple and spices.
  10.  Drink plenty of water to which a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt hasbeen added to guard against dehydration. 
Stomach, burn (Jalan) 
  1. Take 1 teaspoon fenugreek seed (methi daana) powder along with buttermilk (chhach) or  milk  2 – 3 times  daily for a few days. 
Stomach heaviness
1. Take a mixture after Mixing  ¼ teaspoon each powdered cumin (jeera) and black pepper in a glass  of buttermilk (chhach). It may drink 2- 3 times a day.
